And today I was in the box office. I was only answering phones and I made the sum total of one booking all day. It was probably a good thing it was so quite though because I wasn’t given much in the way of instructions. I actually arrived before they did so the first phone call I got I had no clue whatsoever what to do. Luckily I was able to hand it over to someone else pretty fast.
I got a sheet of paper with basic info and another with the shows that are on. I also got some blank forms to fill in with customer details so I could hand it to the other room for them to actually book the tickets. I only had the phones, the computers were next door. This got annoying when people called to ask for information I just didn’t have.
