xt1meToday, instead of handing out leaflets or telling people were to go, my volunteer work was gardening. Gardening!
The installation was in a house and each room was different with different things in it and actors that did actions while ignoring the people that went around. And out the back was an extremely over grown and rubbish filled garden. As part of the installation, for the two hours the show ran, someone would be in there cleaning the place out. Since it was the only part that didn’t require any actual acting, I got to help.
Bugs and rubbish and mud, yuck.
At least we got gloves.
