I have a theory about warning labels; no matter how stupid they sound someone, somewhere did something that warranted it being put on the product.
On a bottle of liquid hand soap we have there’s a note that says: ‘Avoid contact with eyes, middle ear, meninges and brain.’
Right above the big ‘for external use only’ sign. How did they find out they needed to warn for that?
o.k. it makes a little bit more sense now I know it’s medical soap, but still.
There’s even a warning about not injecting it into people.
