I had a number of things to get done today before going to the shoot but since the starting time today was in the afternoon I figured I’d have time. I didn’t know the exact starting time though but they were supposed to email me a call sheet. I went to town early to get my messages done (though one of the appointments I had turned out to be for next week) but when I finished them I still hadn’t got any message. As the rough possible start time approached I decided just to ring them.

It turns out that tough they are shooting today they are all out door scenes which don’t need props so they decided there was no point in me being there.

Ok, I suppose. A bit annoying that I was rushing everywhere for no reason but I guess I get the day off.
