I mightn’t have a job

I went in there today for a couple of hours of learning where all the shoes were kept and the sizes and how to use the till and stuff, and I thought it went well. But on the bus home I got a text saying I didn’t need to come in tomorrow. I asked if I should come in later in the week but she said she’d let me know. I probably didn’t help that someone handed in a CV while I was there that had experience selling shoes.

So I’ll have to wait and see.

 

I also have to make up a props list for the play I said I’d do. It shouldn’t be too difficult. There’s nothing exotic, it’s a simple office and sitting room set and out of necessity it can’t be too elaborate but the CAT club should have the furniture and the smaller props will be easy to get.

 

I also have to fiddle with the motor in the baby to make it move a bit more but that’ll be easy with a drill and some wire.

 

Boy, I have a lot to do. But it wont be that difficult. I hope.
