I was all set up and at work when suddenly my connection goes down.
I ring Sky (& after being on hold for ages) they say it might be just a dropped connection, they are setting the line and to wait 15 mins & rest the box & try to connect then.

It didn't work.

After I ring in again they say it might be a possible fault in my area & a technician will ring me tomorrow.
And that call will just be to update me on the progress it could take 3 to 5 working days to fix this.

AHHHH!!!!!
