At no point in this entire process have I ever gotten a call back from someone who processed to call me back.
I rang back Sky today because I hadn't heard back from the installer & I don't have their number.
They called the installer & I am now due to get internet on Tuesday.
Hopeful it actually gets installed this time.
(I'm so lucky that my current LL don't mind me staying on.)
In an extra bit of internet hassle, my old providers sent me a bill for an unreturned modem despite my contract with them not being up until the 16th.
It turns out because I originaly was going to be moved out almost a month ago they sent me the return envelope early so the system put the charge on my account when it wasn't received.
Thankfully the person I got though to on the phone said there would be no issue in getting the charge removed from my account & I can return the modem when my contract is actually up.
Just another extra annoyance, that's all.
