I’ve had it for at least 13 years

I really need a new bag.
I’ve spent a few hours doing some preventative maintenance on one of the straps. Hopefully that’ll keep it going for another while.
I’ve already repaid the strap one twice when it frayed in the middle as well as sewing both straps back on more then one occasion. Not to mention the times I fixed up little bits that were pulling off.
The reason I don’t just by a new bag instead of repairing it is because I want another bag like this one. The main reason for that being the shear amount of time the sack has lasted me. Over a decade of use; from school though to college to everyday use.
You see, it’s some type of army bag. I don’t know what it called, possibly a canvas bag, but it’s very strong. Not made of plastic.
And I can’t get it anywhere.
Since I don’t know it’s name I can’t order it one the internet and the shops mum remembers it from don’t sell them any more. There also aren’t any army surplus stores in cork city anymore.
The next time I’m down in Middleton (the nearest army surplus store) I’ll have to keep my eye out.
