Apparently it’s possible to hurt yourself while doing absolutely nothing.

I was in bed this morning, trying to work up the energy to get up, and I turned around and somehow pulled something in my leg. I really hurt. Not for long, thankfully, but still. What a stupid way to injure yourself. Lying in bed.

Pathetic.
