Logo Marvel Super Heros 2
Feb. 15th, 2026 04:16 pmI started writing this ages ago and then forgot about it.
I may as well finish it and post it now.
I finished Logo Marvel Super Heros 2.
Eternally annoyed at the whole screen shaking whenever there’s an explosion but I was taking my time so it wasn’t too bad.
The Lego games continue be on the right line between easy and engaging that they are enjoyable to play.
This time round I decided to do a level and then do some of the overworld puzzles and then do another level.
I think that’s probably the way it’s supposed to be played, rather than doing the story through 1st.
All the multiplier bricks were unlocked from the start so it was only a matter of getting enough studs to get the first one and then buying each one as soon as possible. At no point after that did I have to worry about buying things after that.
One thing I will say about the game is I recommend people wear headphones playing it.
Direct sounds is involved in finding a lot of things in the overworld. The speakers, drones and cats especially.
At least there is a little speaking bubbles that appears over something making noise so theatrically you could play if with the sound off.
It’s be really hard though. Good luck being in the right direction to spot them without the sound.
Not to many glitches. I think it only crashed once.
The Egypt world is where the worst of it happened to me. The 1st thing was I was doing a race before going to do the level but the race track passes beside the area that triggered the cutscene for the level and it started playing and stopped the race.
No problem, I simply went back to the start of the race after the cutscene finished.
Unfortunately, when I had finished the race and went back to do the level I couldn’t get the cutscene to trigger again so I couldn’t do the level.
Thankfully I was able to restart the game and decided leave the race until after I finished the level so I was able trigger it properly.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there.
In the level itself, the charters are split up so you do one section with some of them, unlock a bit for the other team and then switch over them. Do a bit with them and unlock the next section for the 1st team, and so forth. Eventually they all meet up at the end of the level.
Obviously this means when playing the level, when you switch between characters you can only do so between the one in each sections (so can’t skip bits of the level). The problem is that near the end of the level there was a door I had to open to get everyone to meet up and I tried to switch to a strong character to open in and somehow the game switched me to a character in the other group and I couldn’t switch back. Which means my active characters were stuck behind a door I could now not open, soft locking me so I couldn’t finish the level.
It was fine, at least I could just redo the level, which wasn’t that hard. I was a bit more careful about switching charter when I got to that point again but it turned out fine. But definitely a bug I have no idea how I tipped.
There is one last bug that stumped me for a while and it was on the overwold in the future city, Nueva York. There’s a puzzle down a shaft that need a shield carrying character to activate only it didn’t seam to work for me.
I ended up goggling around about it but I couldn’t find out a way to fix it. It turns out it was working, it’s just when you go on the target to activate the shield throw the camera doesn’t swing around properly it just locks in place but it still takes the same amount of time it would have as if it were moving to show the targets. I just had to wait a while and not press anything until it finally gave back control and I could throw the shield. I was just getting too impatient when it looked like nothing was happening and cancelling out.
The only other thing that I’m not sure if it is a bug of just bad design, is that the puzzle locations on the over-map could appear before they were actually available. You had to do some levels before you could reach/do some puzzles even though their icons were visible on the mini map. For example, before Chronopolis fully forms or when Knowhere first appears.
So I was able to get 100% in the game.
Yes, I fully looked up the locations of some things I needed to find on the over map but not that many. Knowing that some races were impossible without certain vehicles saved me a lot of frustration.
One tip I would give people playing (beside the headphone) is don’t bother with fast travel because flying everywhere will let you see more things that might end up being needed for a puzzle/quest.
