Headhunters

I don’t think I mentioned it yet but the name of the play is 'headhunters'.

I saw a run though of it today and discussed props and stuff. Since this is part of something called ‘writers week’ there are a bunch of plays going on all week, so we can’t paint the stage (which is a relief) and furniture and stuff has to be kept at a minimum because another play is on straight after. It’s actually a lot easer for me.

I finally met the actors, turns out I know a few of them (probable not surprising when I think about it, after all there can’t be too many actors out there willing to work for free) and they’re bringing their own costumes for the most part and everyone’s helping with bringing props, since we have no budget, so it’s all working out. The only thing I’m worried about is the fact I haven’t met the person who’ll be doing the lighting and we have no one on sound. The lighting guy will have to do it or the director will.

I have all the cues now at least.
