I wasn't waiting until the end of the day to ring back because I know if I did, anything that could be done would be pushed back another day.
So I rang in Sky looking for an update. After doing a bunch of checks (everything I've already done already btw) and the agent calling the technician it was determined it was an external issue & a technician will be out in 3 working days. They will ring me the day before to let me know when they will arrive.
So now I have to figure out how I'm going to work Fri, Mon & Tue because My old internet expires the end of this week.
I decided to push back the TV installation again as it was due tomorrow but I have no idea where I'll be. The next available day is the 31st.
As an added bonus on top of all this rubbish I've found out the washing machine here doesn't work. There's no water getting in (but it can spin) I've checked the pipe to make sure it's not kinked & cleared the filter (thank goodness for youtube vids) but that's the limit of what I can try without risking warranty or something so I've emailed the LL about it.
I also tried to clean the oven but wasn't able to do much. It's cleaner so it'll have to do but there's still a lot of ground in burn.
The only thing I did today that worked was change a light bulb.
I hate this.
