One step forward two steps back

Now another actor has dropped out.
The middle of today’s rehearsal kind of descended into a bit of a bitch session about people who say they’ll do something but don’t and the director’s texts are becoming increasingly more despondent.
*sigh*
We’ll have some new people tomorrow and see how things go.
