Getting something for free just means you pay for it in other ways

So it turns out I’m not doing the tig welding course this month. The dates I was given in the phone call I got where wrong so instead of starting next week it started last Monday. And since I never received the follow up text with the extra details there was no way for me to know that. I sent an email on Monday looking for the detail and have only now got a (misspelled) reply telling me the dates and they had sent me a text but did I want to try for the course in November instead. The play is on in November but as long as the course is only two weeks long I can do it.
I think this is going to be the last time I try this before I just give up. It’s getting ridiculous. I’ve been trying to do this since July.
