Paypal hates me
Nov. 2nd, 2010 07:54 pmI don’t have a credit card of my own (mainly so I don’t waste my money on cool things online) but I do have a card for my mums account. I was given it ages ago before a trip to America as an emergency card. We have a system set up where if I want to buy something online I pay my mum the cash and then use the credit card online. It might seem a little convoluted but it does cut down on the impulse buying.
However, as previously stated, paypal hates me and I can’t use it. Paypal has a system that won’t allow two accounts have the same credit card, which is good for security and all, but it makes the buying process needlessly complicated for me. If I want to pay for something using paypal (and in most cases I have to use it) it means I have to get my mum to do it like I was 12 or something. And you better hope you didn’t find out halfway though the transaction you had to use paypal because it means she has to use my computer and it hates that too. Or else I could forward the details to her but I have make sure I remember everything and it’s what I want and nothing extra or I might as well forget about it.
It is so much effort for something I’ve heard other people complain about being too easy.
Grrrrr.
