...the art director (who was the DoP last film) drew up a contract. Hopefully we won’t need it. Last I heard of that mess there’re re-casting everyone and turning it into a drama which, I’ll tell you right now, will not work. The only way we could have gotten away with it in the first place is because we would have taken refuge in audacity so a drama is going to fail unless they change it into an entirely different movie, so what’s the point?
Also; terrible producer apparently wants 800 Euro. This is supposedly for expenses but 1) most of these things weren’t used or needed and if you were organised you wouldn’t have bought them. 2) no one else is charging for phone credit or transport (none of us a getting paid here) and 3) some of the things your charging for I know for a fact didn’t cost that much. I was the art director, I bought set and props. I had all the receipts kept together and got my money back. As the producer, all the money you spent was your own fault.
*Sigh*
Whatever. Meeting tomorrow for the new film.
It can’t be as bad as the last one.
