I’m ahead of the curve.
Oct. 8th, 2010 10:34 pmScientists now say that you should brush your teeth before breakfast instead of after. This is what I’ve always done because I’m not eating breakfast with morning breath. Yuck.
Apparently I’ve been doing the right thing because since saliva production slows down at night plaque will build up rapidly and if you brush after eating your teeth become to soft and your more likely to brush away enamel as well as plaque.
