FINALLY things are going my way

My manager was able to get me emergency permission to work in one of our offices so I was able to go down there today & (after having to mess around a bit trying to connect) was able to work from there.
Then I got a call from the installers at to say they were at the house (they didn't call in advance again) & rush back home.

They fixed the internet!!!

I logged back into work at home and was able to finish up the day.

Then, after work when I was out shopping I got a call from the crowd that deals w/ appliances & someone will be out tomorrow to fix the washing machine & hopefully the oven. (I did have to rush back home to call them back before the closed w/ the serial on the washing machine)

Hopefully I'll have everything working by end of day tomorrow.
